Procedure on USA Hockey website for New/Renewing Coaches for USA Hockey Registration and Coaching Clinic Registration
Go To: USAHockey.com
Click “Register Online”(red box middle right of page)
Click “Register Now”
Follow instructions and print confirmation
Click on “Coaches” and select “Coach/Clinic Login” If you do not already have a Login Profile, you will need to create one. You will see this link under login boxes - Need to Create a Login Profile?
Click on link and create a login profile. Make sure the information provided is identical to information provided for membership registration. I suggest using your first and last name for username. It’s easier to remember only a password.
Once “Login Profile” is completed, return to “Coach/Clinic Login” page.
Once logged in, under “Coaches”, Click “View Clinic Catalog”
Search for clinics by entering level(ie. CEP Level 1) and State(CT)
Click on the clinic you want to enroll in. Click “Click Here to Enroll in this event” on the top of page and register.
In addition, you need to register and complete the online Age Specific Module(ASM) for every age level team that you coach by December 31, 2013 if you have not already done so in the past 2 seasons.
Go to: "Coaches", then "Coaching Certification", then "Age Specific Modules" then "USA Hockey Age Module Login". Once there, If this is your first time, click on the module you wish to take from the drop down menu. You will need your USA Hockey Membership #. Follow instructions to complete registration. Please use the same information as your membership and login profile for module registration.
All Coaches must be USA Hockey CEP compliant by December 31, 2013, all Midget Coaches by October 31, 2013
If you have any additional questions please contact me. If a clinic is locked it means that the maximum # of participants has been reached. In this case we will start a wait list for the clinic. We keep it locked so those on the wait list are accepted in the order the request is received. We cannot accept walk-ins at any clinic.
