Dear Team Manager / Parents

If a family is seeking a release from their skater's 2008-09 association, they should contact that program directly to request the release.  If the family has no outstanding obligation to that prior program, the program president, or authorized agent, will then file the required form directly with CHC.  Weekly updates will be posted here.  Please note that skaters can only obtain one release per season, and that releases are not required to tryout for a new association.
